MARK RONSON

After a long time of too much work and far to many unfinished paintings I really wanted to actually finish a painted portrait again. When I finally had the time to try to do that my main interest was Mark Ronson and the music he makes (Well, mainly the other way around. "Record Collection" is a fucking amazing album.) so I decided to make a portrait of him.

It took five days for me to finish. Didn't fall head over heels with it (Didn't really look like he wan't to be loved. Couldn't get that innocent charming glint from the photo :P), but I did finish, and during the time I made the man himself mentioned me on his show and he surprisingly left a twitter-comment on the portrait when it was finished (which spread it to 1000+ people). In other word; The way it looks may not make it the most satisfying portrait I've done but for me it symbolises total awesomeness none the less.
